Every field technician employed by EDS is an F-Card holder and an OSHA 10 cardholder. It is company policy to keep all of our field technicians trained and current on product changes and operations. EDS provides all training necessary, sends technicians to factory-training, and participates in all relevant webinars.

We ensure that all company personnel are qualified to fill whatever gaps may arise unexpectedly. Our administrative operations are based on extremely efficient and thorough systems, providing a tremendous benefit to our valuable customers.

Edwin Raugust, President and Chief Executive Officer of EDS Electronics, Inc., brings more than 40 years of experience to the company. As founder and entrepreneur, he is a Qualified Individual (QI), NICET certified and an F-Card holder. Ed is well-known and highly-regarded throughout the industry for his low-voltage talents, his attention to detail, thoroughness and an unmatched intuition for problem-solving.


Melissa Raugust

Vice President of Finance and Administration

As Vice President of Finance and Administration, and one of the company’s three Qualified Individuals, Melissa Raugust directs and oversees the financial requirements and health of EDS Electronics Inc. With her hard work and dedication, she has helped EDS run successfully, even during challenging economic times. A graduate of The University of Nevada, Reno, Melissa has used her higher education to bring new and innovative ideas to EDS Electronics Inc., ensuring its presence in the Las Vegas area for years to come.


Erin Stevens

Operations Manager

EDS Operations Manager, Erin Stevens, has been with the company for more than 25 years and has made EDS his only home. He was recognized early on for being extremely technically-minded, a skill that gives our technicians a competitive edge. His talents in the field, along with his strong organizational skills and systems mentality, make him a valuable asset to our company and customers and the perfect candidate to oversee operations. Erin is also a Qualified Individual (QI), factory-trained, NICET-certified, OSHA-certified and an F-Card holder.


Shawn Mullen

Installation Manager

Installation Manager, Shawn Mullen, gained his exposure to low-voltage electronics early on in the U.S. military and has spent the last twenty-plus years honing his skills in the Las Vegas fire alarm industry. With a reputation for acute problem-solving skills, attention to detail and excellent organization abilities, he is a strong, invaluable leader to the management team and has been at the helm of several large-scale EDS projects. He carries an OSHA 30 card, an F card and a Certificate of Factory Training by our manufacturer, Notifier.


Kiko Salinas

Project Management

Kiko Salinas rounds out the Project Management team with more than a decade of skill-building under the tutelage of EDS top managers. He has worked his way up from running parts to running some of the largest projects in EDS history. His technical skills, coupled with his uncanny ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, make him a vital part of our team. You will know him by his smile and can-do attitude. Kiko holds an OSHA 30 card, an F-card, a G-card, and a Certificate of Factory Training by our manufacturer, Notifier.


Jessica Adams

Safety Director

As Safety Director, Jessica Adams hosts monthly company-wide safety meetings and safety orientations for new hires, ensuring that all safety training is kept current and that the company is always OSHA compliant. Other duties include making sure all technicians are certified on lifts and the various tools we use, inspecting equipment and jobsites regularly. She is OSHA 30 certified.


Jason Chatham


Jason Chatham has been with EDS as Warehouse and Purchasing Manager for more than 10 years, a position that has garnered him the right amount of knowledge to move seamlessly over to our sales team. His attention to detail and outstanding customer service are just two of the reasons he makes a great addition to Sales.
